Noe Huynh's room

Looking for a roommate to sign a lease and a share an apartment at The Havens in Fountain Valley. Rent would be ~1200/mo and we’d split utilities equally. Move in date would ideally be Nov 2nd but there is flexibility. Prefer someone roughly around my age (20-37 years old).

The apartment/room: it would be a 2bd, 2ba. would have a patio or balcony, ideally I’d go for a balcony. There’s two pools, a gym, Laundry on site (but not in unit. I’d plan to get a mini one that I wouldn’t mind sharing). There’s also playgrounds and a place to wash your pet (it’s pet friendly) + other amenities. You’d get your own room + your own restroom, your room would have a big closet too. I believe it has some a/c. Parking, it comes with one parking spot but there is guest parking and street parking. There’s also the option to purchase an additional parking spot or garage parking (we can discuss this or a rotation).

About Myself: I am 31yrs old, POC Asian/latino, bisexual, family oriented. Love fitness (I go weight lifting and conditioning boxing). Love cooking big hearty meals—especially Vietnamese food (happy to share). I work in HR. UCSD alumni, originally from South Los Angeles. Go with the flow kinda guy. I’d be down for almost anything fun-wise. I also like to travel a lot — I do at least one international trip plus one national trip a year, plus visit San Diego about once a month and go to Tijuana. Don’t mind guests/overnight guests, as long as they are respectful of the place. I enjoy a clean place but I am by no means a neat freak. I can be both a homebody and outgoing person.
