The bathroom will be shared along with a fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer on premises, bus to NY at corner of building, and train to NYC is walking distance. Great location in the center of town near many eateries and 24hr stores/diners. Safe neighborhood, always available street parking, walking distance to parks, library, police station, and various gyms/spas. Very safe and quiet area available for an employed, CLEAN, mature, kind and respectful woman. Security deposit (1.5 months) and proof of income will be required prior to moving in.

I enjoy outdoor activities (when it’s not too hot or cold), street fairs, movies, dinning out, and appreciate positive energy. There’s also a plump, clean, healthy, loving cat in the apartment. I adopted her 4 years ago, she’s declawed (she was declawed when I adopted her) and she will not be permitted in your room…unless you invite her in. This apartment is a zenful place to call home.
