Hello! This is a spacious studio apartment on the 34th floor with a sick view of the city. Studio can be divided into two spaces by a curtain partition. Fully furnished.

I’m a 26 year old male final year grad student in Data Analytics. Hoping for another male roommate around the same age. I usually keep to myself and cook twice or thrice a week. Will make sure to clean the apartment on weekend (at least) and expect the same and also keeps the bathroom tidy. Forthcoming and understanding about everything and also down to if not busy and also game (PS5 at apartment, you can use).
