The room is for: - females with or without children-. Maximum Occupancy: 3. Spacious 1-bedroom, approximately 390 sq feet. $480 for one adult and +$25 per child. All bills included and the right to use the kitchen. A $200security deposit. I will return the security deposit after I receive the two keys.

This air-conditioned private room has a hot tub and a bath. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher a full size brand new refrigerator, an oven, as well as a coffee machine for your room. Washer / dryer (shared). FREE WiFi is available. I do not use microwave but you can bring your own. Also, may bring your own TV.

No overnight guests. I’d prefer to rent the room to a female with or without kids.
