We have lived in the Dallas area for 4 years now. My son is moving out, so we will have a bedroom available in June. It will be the master bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. We (my wife, daughter and myself) will use the two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
For $75/month more this room can be furnished with Queen bed, desk, tv, dresser, night stands.
About the roomies
Someone that is dependable, has a job and pays rent on time. We have an above ground pool and a cool little 4 man hot tub that is available for use.
