Room is unfurnished. Your own bathroom is available. Full kitchen and washer & dryer access. Small dogs ok. No cats. Allergic Sorry. Smoking outside only. I work graveyard shift so i am gone from 6:00pm- 6:00am. Perfect roommate situation. House is close two minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to the I-10. Eight minutes away from Costco and all the new restaurants and outdoor mall being built in Verrado. I am a very clean and tidy person. So if this is not you or you question yourself.
