We have a beautiful private master bedroom with its own attached bathroom available for rent! It sits on the 2nd floor of a two level condo. Full kitchen, living/dining room access, and laundry in unit. The room can come furnished with a king bed and dresser or unfurnished. Rent includes a parking spot, utilities, access to the complex gym and two pools with jacuzzi. Our place is only 10 min from Laguna Beach, close to the 73, 133, and 5 freeway.

There is 1 male roommate currently renting the 2nd bedroom. He is very clean, responsible, and quiet.
