About the room
No men allowed in my home when I’m not there Tv is in the living room if you want to watch tv or you can bring your own. Rent must be on time if not I’ll give you a week in advance to have it .in it is a late fee of $50 I do receive money orders to keep the payment documented. If you dont make the payment at all it is a 7-30 day eviction in I will change the lock in have you removed out my home.
About the roomies
You have your own privacy in your own room I dont mind women company no men allowed you will have to meet your friend or boyfriend somewhere. You can bring your own tv or supplies .i dont like drama or uncleaniest .
