I have a room to share in a 3 bedroom home in Brentwood. I live in a newer neighborhood within a 3 minute drive to a shopping mall, super markets, banks, and the freeway. Room is currently furnished with queen bed, desk, chair and full closet. However, furniture can be removed if needed. This is a safe, clean, quiet environment. It is a great room for someone who is looking for something that is quiet and private, as you will share the house with only two other housemates. House has a spacious backyard and patio. Washer and dryer on site. Plenty of street parking available. Kitchen and bathroom will be shared with another tenant.

Looking for a respectful, mature, professional, clean, and friendly female roommate. No couples, children, or pets. No guests staying overnight. No smoking, alcohol or partying in the house.
