Hi! This apartment is two floors (2nd and 3rd floor) and a total of 5 roommates. There are 2 individual rooms available on the 3rd floor with shared bathroom.

–This partially furnished room will be available as early as June 1st for a 10-month to whole year lease.

Rent is $720 with $720 security deposit. Driveway available and on-street parking. Washing machine and dryer, non-coin-operated. This is a quiet neighborhood next to a playground and park, and a 5-minute walk away from Medford Square or Whole Foods/Starbucks along Alewife Brook Parkway, or Tufts University Campus.

The second floor has a living room, kitchen and dining room, all furnished. My name is Tara and I live on the 2nd floor. Non-smoking roommates, please. We’re seeking working professionals or 21+ aged college students. The other two roommates are grad students and we prefer grads as roommates based on previous experiences.

I’m in my late 20s and work at BU. My brother is in his mid-20s and is a Project Management grad student. Our third roommate is in her mid-20s and is graduating from Tufts University. We do occasionally go out (sometimes for errands, sometimes to a brewery), but most of the time we’re studying :)
