Total rent is $1700, not including utilities/internet. Rent/utilities/internet would be split three ways. Apartment is 5 minute walk from West Hartford Center, 10 minute walk to Blue Back Square. Driveway parking. Large shared grassy backyard with first floor tenants.

I am a nurse, so ideally I am looking for young professionals who are respectful of my schedule (and I of theirs). I do not smoke, and the lease calls for no smoking/vaping on the premises.
