No drama or drugs! Has to be respectful of property as it is not mine! You’ll have full access to the house as long as you clean up after yourself! I work second shift and will only really be around on the weekends! I have a dog and cat but cat stays in basement with other roommate! Both animals are friendly and will not be in your way
