My current roommate is moving out at the end of May and I’m looking for someone to move in early June.

I am looking for someone quiet, responsible, reliable, and clean. The apartment complex is pretty chill, so no one who is into throwing parties and all that. I’d prefer someone who has a schedule similar to mine and is a professional, meaning that you have a steady job with a steady income.

I’m 25, a school teacher, and like my sleep. I tend to keep to myself. Pets are allowed, but I currently have 2 rabbits and a cat. There’s a $300 pet fee and an then additional $20 pet rent.

Rent is $515, water and garbage are included. Power has been anywhere between $60-$100 total depending on the temperature outside. WiFi is $95 total. So with everything split you’re looking at $590-$612 per month.

My complex requires a credit and background check. You’d have to be officially put on the lease to move in.
