Rent is $1100 but would be open to reducing rent to $1000 for someone who works from home or is home mornings to provide company to my dog and take care of my dog when Im away. He is sweet, small, rarely barks, hypo-allergenic and non-shedding. I shed more than him.

This a great house for sharing. Because it has three levels , three bedrooms and bathrooms on lowest and upper level. With essentially two living rooms, it is easy to feel you have your own space and can live together without feeling always in someone else’s space. Rather than sharing a cramped apartment you will be getting room to move around that feels like your own. Rooms you see will be emptied and painted to your liking. They can be furnished but6 can also bring your stuff instead.

The lowest level I have set up half as a bedroom and half as a living room with its own entrance. I spend most of my time down there. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet very safe neighborhood. There are walking trails behind the house. The yard has a seasonal screened pop up gazebo to relax in, that even has Ethernet access and electricity.

There is ample easy access attic storage space and a finished crawlspace for storage, plus a large tool shed, if you have stuff you need to bring with.

You will have your choice of two bedrooms. One is furnished with dressers large closet or you can bring your own furnishings. Happy to let you make it all your own and will repaint if you desire. There are extra rooms if family needs to visit.

While Easton has no public transportation I have quick access to routes 24 and 495 (<10 minutes) and commuter rail is within 10-15 minutes in Stoughton, Brockton and Mansfield. Within 2 miles of plenty of shopping. Tons of recreational open space in town…ideal for walkers and dog owners!.

Divorcing and looking for a roommate to help cover expenses and for a couple years while I coast to retirement. . Ideally it would be nice to have someone here that can help each other live life but give each other their space.

Drama, drug free, quiet and respectful male,. I have a small charming non shedding hypo-allergenic dog who wants to be everyone friend. If you are female, don’t worry, not looking for a concubine, just someone to share expenses. I respect privacy and boundaries.

If you are bringing a pet, must get along with mine. Do not want dogs that shed a lot. Cats are fine

Kids are moved out, so rooms can be rearranged to your liking. Son still in college and away, I will keep his room open but more likely to be living with his mom.
