Starter home that has some upgrades, but more work in the future. Room is a good size in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to highways and bike trails. A nice covered patio, with an area for a garden. Storage space available. Just me and my dog. She had a hard life before me so she has some flaws but will warm up to you quickly. For that reason I would like no other pets in the house.

Looking for someone who will treat the house as if it was their’s. Respectful of common areas and the ability to communicate when a problem arises. Not into ragers and is low key.
