Minutes to Law Street Beach and Kate Sessions Park. Room includes two massive walk-in closets, your own soaking Tub and private bathroom.
Looking for 1 year stay (flexible). Room is fully furnished (if you want it). Double walk-in closet. Renting for $1,950 plus utilities (usually $70-80 a month).
The House: A spacious 5-bed, 3.5-bath house with a 2-car garage and a massive patio. The house is in a gated community with plenty of street parking. Full ocean and Mission Bay views.
Located on Mount Soledad (La Jolla) - South side, half way up the hill above Pacific Beach. 5-minute drive to Pacific Beach beach, bars, and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from La Jolla Cove.
Amenities include Olympic Length Lap Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, 5 Tennis Courts, Ping pong table, Sauna.
About the roomies
Roommates are 3 young professional males. All of us work a lot so this is definitely not a party house. We are social and enjoy going out occasionally and BBQing. We love traveling and into running, swimming, yoga, and cycling.
