About the room
We are looking to sublet 1 of our rooms, located in the heart of castro. Next to muni & within walking distance of resturant, bars, laundromat, grocery stores & dog parks. We are looking for a sublet that is clean and respectful of others. We live in a chill environment and would like to keep it that way.
About the roomies
There are currently 3 tenats in our apartment , 2 out of 3 work 9-5 jobs, our other roomie works in the evenings. When we feel the need to party we keep those events outside. Our home is positive, chill and respectful. I have an emotional support corgi that is house trained, he is a friendly lil guy. We all usually keep to ourselves but do hangout sometimes in the den.
