You must be clean quiet no drama or parties no smoking no pets . You must be clean and clean up after yourself after each time u use the kitchen or common areas. You must be fully employed in good standing. There is a one month deposit for long term stay required which is fully refunded if the place is left as you found it and with a one month. This room for a single person only .The room available for short term as could be rented per single night .There is two seprare rooms available are same style.
