The condo is located near the 405 and 55 freeways, Target, Sprouts, Vons, and South Coast Plaza. The rent is $1050/month, which includes utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash), internet, and your own dedicated parking spot right next to the garage. If you would like the room to be furnished for you (extra-long twin, a night stand with a lamp, bookcase, and a 5-drawer dresser), there will be a one-time fee of $500.
