Two rooms available on the main floor in a 3 bedroom home, in Ballard. There will be a total of 3 roommates. The rent is $1000, which includes utilities and a furnished room. Available May 1st, looking for one person who wants to rent until August 31st, and another person for long term. Ideal candidates work full time, out of the house. That routine seems to create the best flow. It’s important to be able to enjoy each others company when we cross paths, and to communicate effectively. The house is furnished, including washer/dryer. There is some storage space in the basement and shed. There is a spacious, sunny backyard, which is fully fenced. The house is close to the 40 bus route, grocery stores, music, restaurants etc. There is a cat in the home, but will not be accepting any other pets at this time.

I am a 34 year old female that works in the Ballard community. I enjoy most outdoor activities(having fires in the backyard is a favorite), home-cooked meals, random crafts, and impromtu dance sessions.
