About the room
Looking for a friendly, fun, tidy, responsible, laid-back, roommate. Utilities, water, trash and WiFi included. Itβs a 3 bed, 2 bath single family house with room for a bit more common area furniture and some storage in the basement. The second bath isnβt shared with a roommate, but Iβd like it to remain somewhat accessible to guests, as itβs in the hall. Fenced in backyard with patio furniture, detached garage and off street (driveway) parking. House is on a cul-de-sac and backs up to a green belt with a walking path that leads to the community pool, club house and tennis courts. Really nice, safe, well-kept neighborhood. Close to 9 Mile Light Rail station, Parker Rd and I-225.
-Ideally looking for a 6 month lease to start, but could be open to month-to-month. -$150 non-refundable pet deposit -Can offer furnished bedroom with queen size bed and two dressers for an additional $30/mo.
About the roomies
Iβm a female professional with a standard Monday through Friday work schedule. Iβm pretty active and outdoorsy (I ski, wake board, play volleyball, like to camp and travel quite a bit) and Iβm a bit more of a night owl than a morning person. I have a 10 year old, 25lb puggle thatβs super friendly and good with other animals.
