I live in a three bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has its own bathroom the other is in the hall.
About the roomies
I live with my twin brother and an unrelated male room mate. Our room mate is moving out so we need 1-2 room rates. The rent is $1525 a month but with 3 room mates each persons portion is $508. If we have 4 room mates each person’s portion is $381. The utilities are Electric, gas, and internet. Gas is cheap, so dont worry about that, but I will charge a portion of the Electricity and internet based on the number of room mates
