House is a Craftsman built 1918! and has all kinds of charm! The room for rent is the “master” bedroom, it measures at 11.5 X 12 ft ,has a walk in closet that measures at 5 X3 ft The bedroom can fit a cal-king bed , desk and dresser . Off street parking behind house , garage available for light storage , I own a washer and dryer you can use , mostly furnished house. Unfortunately no pets. Landlord requires tenants have their own renters insurance- (I pay $13 a month.)

Hi my name is Danny , I’ve been living in this home for 12yrs, my previous roommate had it for 16yrs. The House is Really close to breweries , night life, restaurants and Parks! Very Ideal for anyone that likes to have fun or just wants to relax!!! Im 44 and have been living in San Diego for 22 years , originally from Oakhurst Ca near Yosemite. I work for a sub contractor called RHA and we run an energy efficient program for SDGE , I also own a small business doing home inspections. My favorite past time is going to concerts/festivals , Beer Fest, Traveling to Mexico and the Bay area . I would like to share this home with someone that has already been through the BS , No Drama and can talk to me “if theres any issues” Im pretty easy going and wouldn’t have any problem giving you your space. I’m usually gone on the weekends , and some week days at My girlfriends house , she can also vouch for me . Have any questions just ask !!
