Seven Mile Lane

Master bedroom/bathroom with walk-in closet in a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in Pikesville. There’s a balcony (my plants love it), washing machine and dryer in the apartment, and a private storage closet in the hallway. About 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore, and close to I-83, I-695, and public transportation. Kitchen and living/dining room are furnished; bedroom can be furnished for a slight fee to the roommate who is moving.

NO DOGS. Apartment rules, not mine.

I’m pretty calm and laid back. I’m a fitness/self-defense teacher as well as being an EMT at a volunteer fire station, so I’m not home much other than sleeping.

NO SMOKING. Both marijuana and cigarette smoke make me EXTREMELY nauseous, so this (and paying rent on time, obviously) is really the only thing that I’m very picky about.

Because of my busy schedule, I’m not the most put-away person. I would love to have time to clean and organize everything every week, but I just….don’t, so the only thing that I’m a neat freak about is kitchen surface areas.

I have two super cute cats, so I’d prefer not to add anymore, but it’s not a deal breaker. I also have four goldfish and a lot of houseplants.
