Center Avenue

I have a medium sized furnished room for rent. It’s a year round rental. A criminal background check with the Sea Air Village leasing office is required. (This is not a credit check.) It will cost $50 { I will pay $25 towards it.} and it’s non refundable. Rent is $750 plus 25 percent of wifi and electricity. (25% of both usually averages about $80/month.) There’s a $750 security deposit. We can work out an installment plan if you don’t have this upfront right away. No couples. Laundry use. Smoking only in an enclosed porch. Parking is in a community parking lot. I will allow a dog under certain conditions. I do have a black Lab who is super mellow and friendly. He doesn’t bark at all, is non destructive and housetrained. There is a community pool, a gym, playground, clubhouse, basketball court and a dog park. Must be clean and considerate, please. Vaping is allowed in bedrooms. No drugs. No heavy drinkers. I’d like a long term renter. It’s a month to month agreement but I would love someone to stay annually, if compatible.

It’ll be myself and two other roomates. The house is calm and peaceful with no drama.
