Location in North Smithfield RI. This is actually an in law apartment. I’m in the middle of renovating the entire house and will be done by mid May. You actually have an entire finished basement, your own entrance, garage parking spot, bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a coat closet and a bonus cedar closet. We would need to share a washer and dryer which is located in the basement as well. Brand new washer and dryer, with a laundry room to fold and hang clothes. No smoking and no pets.
