The house is built in 1994 on Terrace Drive, located in between Liberty and Wyatt Street. It’s a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 1600+ sq ft. The house located near the newly built community homes on Silvarado Trails and Saratoga in the Terrace and Shurtleff neighborhood. Master Bedroom rented out for $1550 and hallway bedroom at $1400. ME: I am Medical Service Corps Officer practicing as Health Care Administrator with US Navy Medicine. I served 4 years active and currently a Reservist attached to a Navy Operational Support Support Center. I am also a Talent Acquisition Director (HR) for San Mateo, CA company. I am work long hours and will stay in my Napa house on weekends (really 1-2). On the 4th weekend, I am drilling Reservist and not home. My significant other is a United States Marine Corps Infantry Officer and visit him 1-2 a month, so hardly home. We love to travel the world, we last traveled to Dublin Ireland in February 2019. In 2018, I lived in Australia for 4 months. So really, not home as much that’s why I am looking for roommates. I am pretty versatile and welcome to answer any additional questions.
