Hi! I am looking for a female to take over my lease. This apartment is in Riverside, California. I live on the second floor and share a master bedroom with a female who is truly great and super kind. We have an attached bathroom that is only shared between us two. The room is very spacious and you will have your own closet. There are other females living in the apartment and all are super nice. Rent is about 730$ a month not including electric which is separate but under another roommates name. However, we never have to pay too much after splitting it. the one who you’d be sharing with is super sweet and funny. everyone else is kind but we are all super busy. everyone is fairly neat and a majority of the people who live there are students.
