Dezra's room

This room is furnished with a comfy queen size platform bed and is right down the hall from the shared laundry room and bathroom. The bathroom will be shared part time with my 10 year old son who is neat. The rest of the home is an open floorplan with spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a covered patio in the back with two swing chairs and fire pit to relax with on cool nights. Parking will be on the street, along the side of the home. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and is only about 4 years old. There is a small community park within walking distance with a ramada, grill, playground and basketball court. Also within walking distance is a grocery store, gas station, spa, coffee shop, nail shop and a bakery just to name a few things. No drugs of any kind, no overnight visitors, no couples. Smoking okay as long as it’s outside and area kept tidy.

I live at the home with my dog and 10 year old son who stays part time. We are clean, respectful and quiet. I work from home.
