Hi my name is Kristina and I am looking for a female roommate. My current roommate has found an apartment that he is in love with and will be moving out by May 1st.

I have a rescue puppy, her name is Skye and she is 4 months (pit/boxer mix) and she is short haired. Currently being crate and potty trained. The apartment is semi furnished, aside from the open bedroom. My current roommate will be taking some of the living room stuff with him, so if you have anything for the common area, feel free to bring it with you.

The apartment building is located across from Cedar Sinai Hospital, perfect location for you if you are in the medical field!

The rent is as follows: $1352 per month plus utilities $1274 security deposit The lease is currently month to month, but I am looking for someone long term.

I am 29 years old and I work two jobs (Glendale + Beverly Hills). I normally work 9-9, some days are shorter than others. So, if I am home it’s usually in the evenings. I am professional, single and low key during the week and sometimes like to go out on the weekends. I am looking to live with a female who has a similar schedule/lifestyle.
