Private room for rent near UCR and RCC. All tenants that live here either go to school or work so house is quite often. Kitchen, parking, laundry and wifi is all provided. Communal spaces like kitchen and living room are open to all tenants so we ask that you clean after yourself. I have two rooms listing for this house, view images and reference to the room you are interested in. We are looking for easy going people who are okay with a co Ed house. Roomies are all 20-30 years old either going to the local colleges or working near by. Most keep to themselves but we do prefer a friendly environment with welcoming people.
