Renting out the upstairs of my home, includes 3 rooms, 1 1/2 bath. You would have all 3 rooms and the bathroom upstairs. We would share the kitchen and shower, split the internet and electric. I Want a clean, quiet, no bringing the party home roomie. Just be kind and pay bills on time.

I’m female i own a barbershop in Greenpoint, i am there a lot. I need my chill time, cause I’m on my feet and talking all day 6 days a week and that takes it out of me. I am 420 friendly, i dont drink. I have a rad cat named monkey. You do not know i have a cat unless you see her cause i dont play with the litter box, it is well taken care of. Super chill and keep to myself. Looking for the same.
