Looking for a respectful, responsible roommate. $800 will cover rent gas water electric
Roommate will be given a key to the side door that has access to the shared kitchen and finished basement which has 1br/1full bath + laundry room.
We will work out a convenient and comfortable schedule for me to come down to do laundry each week.
