Share my beautiful, modern, West LA Penthouse that is fully furnished with your own private bedroom and balcony, a queen sized bed and plush mattress. This is a luxury three bedroom/three bath condo. (The other bedroom is my office) 1 year rental, $1550 per month plus utilities. $1000 deposit plus solid references.

The whole condo is already furnished with modern appliances and stylish furniture. Bathroom is private. There is a lot of cabinet space and the floor to ceiling has marble tile with a glass shower enclosure. The washer/ dryer is in the unit and you will have full use of the kitchen and all stainless steal appliances. There is also a gas BBQ on the balcony which you can use.

The premises is a controlled access property and you will have full access to the recreation room on the first floor which has billiards, and a gym. Parking is included and there is plenty of guest parking throughout the surrounding streets. The 405 freeway is a couple blocks down and you are central to Westwood, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills and Brentwood. There are a lot of great sushi restaurants walking distance as well with a nice Trader Joes and Ralphs a couple blocks away that you can walk to. Really relaxed, calm neighborhood. Ive been living here about 6 years and I love it!

About me: 33 year old clean, responsible, laid back, private chef who loves to socialize and have gatherings, dance, explore the outdoors, listen to music and host dinner parties.
