Sandlewood Court

I will not be in College Station during the months of May, June, and July so I am subletting my room! The house is 1,873 sqft with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms so you will be housemates with 4 other great girls! The room will be available from May 1st - July 31st. House is furnished (You will need your own bedroom furniture) and there’s a separate building with a pool table and an additional fridge if you need a break from studying. Rent is $500/ month with all utilities included!

you will share the house with 4 other great girls! They are all clean, organize, and very friendly. They are all student at Texas A&M, mainly juniors and seniors. We have had no problems during the time I’ve been leaving there. Many of them leave during the summer as well so you will have the house to yourself most of the time.
