Looking for a roommate (male or female) to fill the master bedroom/bath in my 2 BD/2BA apartment in downtown Pleasant Hill. The room includes a full bathroom and walk-in closet, with room for a California King bed and other bedroom furniture. and the apartment includes in-unit washer/drier, wood floors, newly renovated kitchen with updated appliances, spacious living room, and a small enclosed patio. The living room is already furnished, but I’m open to integrating your furniture if you’d like. It also comes with a covered parking space, and plenty of street parking for guests. There is a great pool and barbecue space right outside the apartment, a fitness center, and it’s a 10-minute walk to Pleasant Hill BART.

Furniture includes living room couch, TV, and entertainment stand.

I am a clean and respectful 24 year old who works in the wine and spirits industry. I am also very active. I enjoy playing golf, training for half marathons and watching baseball games.
