Anna Kate (Katie)'s room

Roommate needed beginning March 1, 2025, (possibly Feb 1, 2025) preferably female, with which to share my two bedroom two bath townhome in beautiful Donlabrook Gardens, which is within walking distance of Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Minimum 181 day stay, (six months, one day.) A signed lease will be required. The home is about 15 minutes from Eglin Air Force Base, and the same distance to the back gate at Hurlburt Field. Would be ideal for a travel nurse or military. You would have your own very large bedroom with private bath, and privileges to everything in the home, including Wi-Fi, full access to kitchen (including air fryer, microwave, oven, stove, and coffee maker) and washer and dryer. There is a shared room with a TV, but there is also a separate dining and living room for privacy. I am a tidy person, and would expect you to keep your space tidy as well. I am also an animal lover, and I do have a dog…. no other animals will be permitted.
