About the room
Hello! I’m Sam, looking for a professional, neat, single, female roommate in Fairmount. Very large room for rent (bonus : I have an amazing dog he’s 35lbs 8yo, pit/mutt named Kodak)
-This room has two separate mirror door walk in closets, high ceilings / private balcony 4.5’x9’ / private full bath / 1parking spot in shared driveway / water bill included in rent (30.00 set monthly) gas, WiFi and electric are all separate monthly expenses split between the two of us.

-Top two floors make up the apartment, layout is spacious, colorful and gets lots of sun light, the guest room shares my full bath, it’s available to any guests visiting. It’s located centrally in the upstairs hallway, between all the bedrooms.
-No wheelchair access unfortunately, lots of stairs!
-Friendly long term neighbors make up the clean and watchful environment on our block. The spot is a five minute walk to BSL subway stop, less than a 1 minute walk to route 15 bus stop. I’ve lived here going on three years, it’s a great home in a nice neighborhood would love to share it!
About the roomies
Building is separated into three apartments, all tennets share two main entrances on the front and back of the apartment, there are four total reserved parking spaces out back for all the tenants.
