Females only please. This is a beautiful home in a new build community. It is in the perfect location of sunny North Scottsdale. It is in the new build community of Arabella, north of Bell Rd. on Tatum Blvd. It is right down the street from Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping centers. This location is extremely safe and includes security, a gated community entrance, designated parking, brand new Samsung appliances, & private bathroom. A lap pool, & jacuzzi are also in the community. The shower has a water softener installed. Everything is very clean and new. The home has 9-foot doors & 12-foot ceilings. It is closest to the 101 & the 51 freeways. It is only 20 minutes to the airport.

I’m an outgoing, girly-girl who loves to travel, stay active, try new places to eat, movie nights, concerts, and pretty much anything new. I’m an RN and always love making new friends. I socially drink. I don’t smoke (or vape). No pets currently as it’s a very clean, new home. Anything else, just ask! :)
