Luxury Living offers rooms to share in Ponte Vista I’m offering a great deal in a great spot, located in Ponte Vista Community in Northwest of San Pedro/ Rancho Palos Verdes Area. It is 15 min away from Redondo Beach or Long Beach and 25 min away from Hermosa Beach. It is also close to Torrance as well.

This is brand new construction completed in November 2023, the house is 1874 sq foot three stories, 4 bedroom 2 full baths and 2 powder rooms. It has big and modern kitchen and a great room. This house also comes with solar panels. It has a great view of Thomas Vincent Bridge. And the house gets a lot of natural light. I also have a small patio with small bbq which tenants also can have access to it, as long as you keep it clean after :) The house has laundry room inside and all rooms are all single occupancy. I’m still furnishing the living room and will be completed by prior to August 1st. The community has a gym/pool and hot tub.

Located on the third floor ~10 x ~12, the room gets a lot natural light and it is very cozy. You will have your own toilet and sink but will share the shower with another tenant. The rent includes a street parking/utilities and once a month house keeping a small storage space in the garage. There will be a security deposit requirement $1295

I’m 38 years old and very down to earth and clean person, I like playing sports tennis or beach vball. I work during the day at the office/house. I like going out to Hermosa Beach or Redondo. I don’t throw crazy parties but I also like to be social.

What I’m looking for from potential roommates; professional, respectful to me and other tenant and knows how to share and keep it clean after cooking or friends over and etc… (keeping it clean is very important for me) and also respect to quite hours during the week and HOA guidelines. I don’t party during the week as I wake up early for work. As long as we are respectful to each other, you will enjoy this place :)
