One upstairs furnished private bedroom and dressing area with shared tub/toilet, kitchenette and living space available for single female age 30 or up. Available April 5. All rental areas are separate from the homeowner’s spaces, so perfect for peace and quiet. Limited access to full kitchen and laundry facilities.

We are basically homebodies that occasionally go out for live music and Scottish festivals. Our favorite times are spent in our beautiful backyard with our dog and two cats, away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoy craft cocktails, intelligent conversation and authentic people.
