Mangrove Drive

Hi all, my tenant has given her 1 month notice of vacating this room. It will be available for rent may 5th. This is an xtra large unattached room with private entrance this is a room..not an apartment or studio, ergo all plumbing is 10 steps away in main home which tenants have full access to 24 hrs a day . Rent is 600$ a month. Rent is all inclusive, electric, water, garbage, wifi, and basic cable included. Washer, dryer on site and you have your own parking spot. I live in the main house, female, 56 yrs old, Easy to live with as long as rent is paid on time. I do have pets, but they also live in main house.
