Looking for a 3rd person to join my roommate and I in our updated West Roxbury home for 6/1.

We are are both 26 (nearly 27) and working professionals. I work for a Biomedical PR firm in the area (I also run a photography/GD/interior design business on the side) and Mallory is a social worker and is also starting grad school at BC in the fall. You’d share a bathroom with one other roommate and the room has a large crawl space with shelving/pole for hanging clothing.The room that we’re looking to fill is $875/mo and you’d be required to pay security ($1000) and first months rent upon signing

We have already applied for the home, but would need a 3rd roommate to join us on the lease.

Has a great backyard that we have to ourselves and a fire pit as well as updated kitchen/appliances and W/D in unit. Has off-street parking for 1 car and more than plenty of street parking available.

You: are respectful and pay your bills on time. Are a team player and help in the cleaning duties of the apartment. Enjoy alone time as much as being apart of the group.

Us: we are fairly social people although both enjoy our alone time, too. We are very close friends and spend a lot of time together. We like to have wine/whine and watch movies, TV – like to go out as much as staying in. And I do like to throw the occasional dinner party.
