About the room
Hello Ladies and Gents,
One of my buddies is currently renting my condo but we seek a roommate. She is a 23 year old Sailor.
The condo is an ideal home for a busy professional. The condo is conveniently located at the intersection of Vandergrift and North River Road which is a quick 2-mile commute north to the nearest Camp Pendleton gate or south to Highway 76. There are multiple shopping centers in the near vicinity. The interior is 1,043 square feet with 11-foot ceilings, full size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a cozy little balcony.
I think it is courteous to maintain anonymity but I will introduce you to my buddy and coordinate if you are really considering this as an option…
I do not require: credit check, last month’s rent, or deposit.
We prefer no pets, I am sorry. :(

I completed my undergrad at UCLA in 2012 and I recently graduated from business school at USC in 2019. I am in the U.S. Marine Corps reserve and I work for the County of Los Angeles, Department of Human Resources.
