Near Astor park (2 blocks from St. Vincent/Bellin hospitals) & in nice residential area, upper house apartment w/back deck & large back yard. House shared spaces include a large kitchen, living room & bathroom, half of driveway would be shared, plus free washer and dryer use in basement.

One single Christian non-smoking friendly adult female & 2 sweet cats reside here. I have 4 adult children who live w/their partners on their own & 1 grandchild on the way, so my FAV moments are when i can go see them! I am self-employed & keep too busy, but in my free time I enjoy reading, podcasts/sermons, going to the gym, cooking & baking (a bonus for you!!), camping/fishing, thrifting, gardening, being outdoors & spending time w/kids & animals. I can be both social, as well as enjoying time to myself, so I’m sure we could find a happy balance here, as I just want to bless & add to other’s lives. I’m very young at heart & connect well to all ages, so you’re welcome to have friends over & make this space your own (I promise I won’t “mother” you LOL)!! I’m trying to decrease my rent & utilities bills in half, so I can better afford the rising prices & instead spoil my granddaughter arriving soon. I have more space than I use here, so it seemed like a win/win verses finding somewhere cheaper when I already have such a beautiful place to live.
