I have a 10.5x10.5 not furnish room available NOW. I live in a nice single story home with 3 bedrooms 2 bath home in a nice/quiet neighborhood (Hercules). Currently there are two male early 40s living here. The block is usually very quiet at night you can hear crickets and during the day it’s usually quiet. I am a working profession. I am pretty quiet and work alot and do not have much guests over as well. I smoke outside in the patio or the front yard. Would need to have at least a 3 months lease contract, references, and 3 months of work pay stub to prove employment.
