Looking for a Flatmate to extend my lease for 2 Bed 2 Bath Unit

Hello,

My flatmate of 3 years is moving to Canada as he is getting married. As the apartment is pretty chill I am looking for a flatmate to renew my lease.

Rent: $1,250 per month Address: 1 Franklin Town Blvd, PA 19103

The available room has a private bed with big windows which is always bright and quiet, walking closet and a private bath.

Shared living room has city view, balcony, TV with soundbars, Sofas, Vaccum cleaner, Roti maker, other kitchen appliances etc. You can use the existing amenities or bring your own as well.

Unit has washer dryer, HVAC with a modular kitchen. Trash disposal on same floor. Building amenities include Gym, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Grill, Pool table, Concierge service, Conference and community room.

Apartment is 5 mins walk form City hall, 711 is inside the building and lot of stores like Target, Whole foods, Sabrina’s are at 5 mins of walk.

My lease renews on Sep 13, 2024 but if someone needs to move in early or a little late, we can work that out. Looking for at least 9-13 months of lease commitment.

Graduated from Drexel, I have been working in center city as a Data Analyst for 2.5 years. I like to binge watch, play switch/board games and party sometimes.
