Extremely large bedroom on first floor of quiet brownstone in desirable Van Vorst park area which is a 5 minute walk to the Grove Street Path. Kitchen is spacious with updated appliances including dishwasher and separate eating area. Backyard is private to our apartment and includes a gas grill. Other roommates have 3 bedrooms downstairs and are friendly and welcoming. With one female and two males, who are young professionals, there is always someone to talk to, or just hang out solo in your cozy bedroom which has a fireplace. W/D in-unit and Netflix, Xbox, YouTubeTV, HBO Go and Prime Video are all included. We’re looking for someone to move in, and re-sign the lease at the end of June.
