My room is going to be available come May 1st in a 2br that is located 2 blocks away from the grove street path. The room is quite spacious, gets plenty of light, and can accommodate a queen bed, a desk, and some other small pieces of furniture. It’s also got a pretty sweet closet for those who need some extra space.

Your roommate is a 30s male who works in marketing and is into music. Looking for someone chill who is communicative and cleans up after themselves. We are currently month to month and the idea is that you’ll sign a 1 year lease starting May 1st(or earlier.. we can make that work). Credit check is required along with 1.5months deposit.
