I am an American Asian with a Caucasian live in boyfriend. We are in our 40s. No kids, 1 super sweet old dog. I work remote 4 days a week and he has odd working hours. 1985 split level home. Bottom floor keyed bedroom with 1/2 bath (Toilet and sink). Shared laundry and utility room (microwave and fridge). Second room for living/storage. Main floor shared bathroom for shower/bath and shared open kitchen. Shared utilities 1/3 (gas/electric, water, cable/internet). 1st and last months rent (=security deposit) and a $300 non refundable cleaning deposit designated via signed Lease. Parking in drive way with garage door access to living space but can enter through main door as well. I have some furniture for rent (negotiable), small dresser, dining set for 4 and a sectional from IKEA. I am honestly looking for a housemate who pretty much keeps to themselves. My last housemate was a hermit and it was perfect for us. We are respectful of your privacy and hope it’s mutual. No guns, no illegal drugs, no cats and no children please.
